Monthly HR Support Level 2

HR support for larger Practices

This Program will provide you with:

On-going Customized HR Support

As provided in Level 1, you will receive on-going customized HR support ensuring that you have all the right HR policies, procedures and systems in place. In addition to all the services provided in Level 1, Level 2 includes two HR projects per year and hiring assistance for three positions per year.

We Will Provide You With

  • Unlimited phone calls for you and your staff
  • Unlimited email contact for you and your staff
  • General HR guidance and support
  • Employee relations assistance
  • Two HR projects per year
  • Assistance with hiring up to three positions per year (see Option 1 Partial Search in Hiring section for more information)

Monthly Retainer Support

Both Level 1 and Level 2 HR Support is provided on a monthly retainer basis.
